Thomas has more than 25 years of experience advising on and resolving disputes for companies, municipalities, regions, and private individuals. Over the course of his career, he has acted for clients in more than 500 cases before the District Courts, the High Courts, and the Supreme Court of Denmark, and he also has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings, both as counsel and as arbitrator. In addition, he has been involved in a wide range of cases resolved through mediation. Thomas is also one of a limited number of lawyers to have conducted a cross-border damages case before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Prior to practising as an attorney, Thomas spent several years working with Danish and international companies connected to the insurance industry in Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, the United States, and England. He therefore has in-depth practical knowledge of commercial operations and international business relations.
