Thomas has more than 25 years of experience advising and resolving disputes for businesses, municipalities, regions, and private individuals. Over the years, he has represented clients in more than 500 cases before district courts, high courts, and the Supreme Court, and he also has solid experience with arbitration cases, both as an attorney and as an arbitrator. In addition, Thomas has helped resolve numerous cases through mediation. He is also among the few attorneys to have conducted a case involving cross-border compensation claims before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Before becoming an attorney, Thomas worked for several years with Danish and international companies in the insurance sector in Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, the USA, and England. He therefore possesses extensive practical knowledge of business operations and international relations.
